1. About this policy
This policy explains how Recover & Thrive Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on recoverandthrive.com (the "website"). It doesn't cover the Recover & Thrive app, which is described in our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. By "cookies" we also mean similar technologies that work in a similar way, such as local storage and tracking pixels.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies to make the website work securely, to understand how it is used so we can improve it, and, only if you agree, to load content from other services such as our booking calendar and videos.
Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and UK GDPR), we only set cookies that aren't strictly necessary after you've given your consent. You can choose which categories to accept when you first visit, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time (see section 5).
3. The cookies we use

These providers have their own cookie notices, which explain which cookies they set and for how long.
We don't use cookies to show you advertising, or to build advertising profiles.
